Engineered by Vermont SportsCar for Subaru Rally Team USA and built around the FIA's regulation, the Subaru "VT14x" Impreza GR Rallycross Supercar is driven by the three-times European Rallycross Championship winner, Sverre Isachsen for his participation in 2014's season of Red Bull Global Rallycross (GRC).

The Subaru WRX STI is a Rallycross Supercar featured in DiRT Rally, introduced to the game with the World RX Multiplayer Update. It offers a great balance between control and speed, which makes it a good choice for a first Rallycross Supercar purchase.

- The Subaru WRX STI is the only GRC Rallycross Supercar in DiRT Rally.
- However, Sverre Isachsen participated in 2014 FIA World Rallycross Championship's World RX of Canada at Trois-Rivières with his Impreza due to the car was built around FIA's regulation.
- The WRX STI in game seems to be modeled on the VT9x and given the Subaru Rally Team USA livery from 2014 GRC season. The VT9x was converted from the VT9r which was meant for Rally America campaign, while the VT14x was built from ground up for rallycross.
