Flashbacks are a gameplay feature debuted in Colin McRae DiRT 2, and they have so far appeared in all subsequent titles except DiRT Rally.

Description[edit | edit source]

Flashbacks can be used during a race as a means to turn back time and reset the effects of a crash or an unfavourable manouvre. They allow the player to reset to any time within the last ten seconds. There are a total of five Flashbacks available to use per race.

Appearances[edit | edit source]

Colin McRae DiRT 2[edit | edit source]

DiRT 3[edit | edit source]
