Built by both Marklund Motorsport and Volkswagen Team Sweden for their own respective teams, the Volkswagen Polo R WRX is their weapon of choice for the 2015 FIA World Rallycross season. It comes with with a 2-litre supercharged engine with a 45 mm air restrictor along with rear-mounted radiators to fit FIA Rallycross regulations.
DiRT Rally[]
The Volkswagen Polo Rallycross is a Rallycross Supercar featured in DiRT Rally, added to the game with the World RX Update. Compared to the other RX Supercars it outshines the rest with its impressive speed, although it's beaten by better handling Supercars in the corners.

- The Polo Rallycross (in both DiRT Rally and DiRT 4) is modelled after the Marklund Motorsport Polo R. Whilst it has liveries representing Volkswagen Team Sweden, in both games, the team uses their own unique car with a different aerodynamic package. This is especially apparent in DiRT 4, which features no Marklund Motorsport liveries at all.
